REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

In the case of products that are irrevocable non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, it is your responsibility to understand before purchasing. We ask that you read carefully before purchasing it. We only make exceptions to this rule when the description does not fit the product. There are some products that may have a guarantee and the possibility of refund but this will be specified when purchasing the product. In such cases the warranty will only cover factory defects and will only become effective when the product has been used correctly. At the moment we are not making shipments, all orders must be picked up at our clinic.

 

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Cutis!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be in the original box.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when it was purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and send your item to: (Relevant address).

Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

Gift cards (gif cards).
Some health and personal care items.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipment

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It must be delivered to the office 10 Ave. Las Cumbres Suite 201 Guaynabo, PR.

You will be responsible for returning your item to the office.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
